01 Framework
Acceptance: By booking or using HEALIX PHYSIO services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
SHCC Compliance: We operate strictly in accordance with the standards of the Sindh Health Care Commission (SHCC) and applicable healthcare laws of Pakistan.

03 Clinical Protocol & Medical Disclaimer
Informed Consent: Risks, benefits, and alternatives will be explained. Patients must provide consent before treatment commences.
Emergency Policy: HEALIX PHYSIO is not an emergency provider. In urgent situations, contact 1122 or the nearest hospital.
Medical Accuracy: Patients must provide complete history. We are not liable for complications due to false or incomplete information.
Infection Control: We ensure hygienic practices and safe equipment usage as per SHCC guidelines.
04 Patient Rights & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Provide accurate health documentation
- Follow therapist's post-session advice
- Maintain safe home-visit environments

05 Operational Policies
Scheduling
Cancellations are required 6–12 hours prior to the scheduled visit. Late changes or no-shows may incur full service fees to compensate professional time.
Financials
Fees are calculated as per agreed rates and are strictly non-refundable once service is delivered. Advance payment may be required for specific specialist care.
Data Privacy
Medical records are stored securely in encrypted formats. Data is shared only with explicit patient consent or under mandatory legal SHCC requirements.
Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and SHCC regulations. Users may provide information below prior to printing for formal documentation.
