Terms of Financial Agreement
01. Service Charges
Our rates are established at the time of booking. Fees are determined by clinical expertise required, session duration, and the logistical requirements of clinic vs. home-based therapy.
02. Advance Payment
- / Required for appointment confirmation for new clients.
- / Mandatory full or partial payment for home visits.

04. Billing Cycles
Immediate settlement is expected post-session. For corporate or therapeutic packages, all installments must be cleared according to the pre-defined schedule.
05. Cancellation Policy
Healix Physio enforces a strict cancellation policy to protect therapist scheduling.
Notice Window:
A minimum of 6–12 hours notice is required for rescheduling. Failure to provide notice results in forfeiture of advance fees.
06. Late Payments
Unpaid balances lead to an automatic freeze on future bookings. We reserve the right to withhold therapeutic documentation until accounts are balanced.
07. Package Terms
Session bundles are valid for a specific duration from the date of purchase. Expired sessions cannot be reclaimed or refunded.
08. Travel & Surcharge
- + Outside coverage area travel fees
- + Urgent after-hours consultations
- + Specialized equipment rental
09. Price Adjustments
Annual fee reviews may occur. Existing treatment plans and prepaid packages are price-protected and will not incur additional costs.
10. Record Keeping
Healix Physio provides verified digital receipts for every transaction. These documents are essential for tax purposes and private health insurance reimbursement.
